El control no funcionaba bien de la televisión y el seguro de la puerta del baño no cerraba bien. De ahí en fuera el aire acondicionado bien y un ventilador por si ocupas dormir con algo más ligero.

Las habitaciones son amplias,cuentan con ventilador ,aire acondicionado, televisión, frigobar ( muy funcional). No cuentan con vía de acceso para discapacitado,las habitaciones se encuentran subiendo las escaleras El hotel en general está bien,se encuentra cerca del mercado ,sin embargo la atención no fue buena,se molestaron porque pedimos una toalla(con las que dejaron ,no alcanzaban para todos), un papel de baño(cito: para que quieren otro ,si ya se van) y surgio un asunto con el sanitario, ¡se tapo! ,por lo cual dimos aviso ,nos culparon de haber echado papel sanitario,lo cual no fue cierto,hemos venido en otras ocasiones pero en esta sinceramente se comportaron con falta de profesionalismo,si otorgan un servicio deberían de darlo como se debe . La falta de respeto y antipatia que sufrimos ,arruino una visita a un lugar tan hermoso como lo es Marquelia. Sinceramente me decepciono el servicio.Tristemente el día de hoy perdieron un cliente.
